Title and type a message like any other. Once its ready to go you will see “more options” button at bottom right. Hit that and scroll to bottom of the resulting window where you will see “post a poll” in blue type....select that.

Photo 2 - this screen opens...clicks on blue type “post a poll” bottom left
Photo 3 - this screen opens....populate your poll

I always put the description and reference pics (if any) in the post and cross ref to the poll choices.
